1. Eligibility and relationship
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate program information. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind OptiFlowz LLC. We may decline or restrict participation where required for legal, sanctions, fraud, security, or payment-provider reasons.
2. Referral code and disclosure
After enrollment, OptiFlowz issues a unique code and link. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission before or close to the recommendation. The disclosure must be understandable in the language and format of the promotion and must not be hidden behind vague wording or a distant link.
Your code is personal to the approved affiliate account. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate another affiliate, misrepresent an affiliation with OptiFlowz, or claim that a promotion is independent when it is compensated.
3. Attribution
A valid code attached to the current marketplace visit or a referral preference stored with the buyer's explicit choice may be evaluated for attribution. Consented first-party referral storage lasts up to 30 days. If a buyer chooses Remember on a different referral link, that explicit choice replaces the older saved referral preference with the newly shown code. Choosing current-checkout-only does not replace a saved preference for future visits. Only one affiliate may receive credit for an order, and the server-side order and attribution ledger is the source of truth.
Blocking, clearing, declining, or expiring referral storage may prevent later attribution. OptiFlowz does not guarantee credit for visits or checkouts that cannot be verified, are duplicated, are technically invalid, or violate these terms. See the Cookie and storage policy.
4. Buyer discount
An eligible first direct App Pro or Local Apps Pass purchase may receive a 10% referral discount. The OptiFlowz server verifies account history, referral status, product, plan, and the final amount before Stripe Checkout. A visible referral code is not proof that a discount or commission has been approved.
5. Commission
The standard commission is 20% of eligible net collected revenue for up to the first 12 paid months attributable to the referred customer. Eligible net revenue excludes taxes, buyer discounts, refunds, credits, reversals, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent amounts, failed payments, and amounts not actually collected.
A Checkout redirect, open invoice, trial, authorization, test transaction, or unverified client event is not a commissionable sale. Subscription commission is evaluated separately for each successfully paid eligible invoice within the 12-month period.
6. Hold, reversals, and corrections
Commission remains pending for at least 30 days after the associated payment. A pending or available entry may be reversed or corrected for a refund, chargeback, dispute, duplicate attribution, fraud, abuse, payment failure, pricing error, or breach of these terms. If a reversal occurs after payout, the amount may be deducted from a later balance where permitted by law.
7. Payout threshold and schedule
Eligible EUR balances enter a monthly payout review after reaching the €50 minimum payout threshold. Balances below €50 carry forward. Settlement timing, supported payout methods, and transfer availability may depend on the hosted payout provider, banking network, country, and compliance status.
Displayed dates and balances are operational estimates until the provider confirms a transfer. OptiFlowz does not label a payout complete merely because a batch was created.
8. Hosted onboarding and tax responsibility
A referral code may become active immediately after enrollment, but payout remains blocked until required hosted onboarding, identity verification, tax collection, and payment-provider checks are complete. Do not send bank details, tax identifiers, or identity documents through the OptiFlowz affiliate form or ordinary support email.
You are responsible for your own tax reporting and obligations. OptiFlowz or its provider may request information, withhold amounts, restrict availability, or issue reporting documents when required by law.
9. Prohibited promotion
You may not use self-referrals; misleading claims; spam; cookie stuffing; forced redirects; hidden frames; adware; malware; automated or fabricated traffic; trademark impersonation; unauthorized coupon listings; false urgency; bidding that misrepresents an official OptiFlowz page; or content that is unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, or harmful. You may not alter the referral flow to collect buyer payment or identity data.
10. Suspension and termination
OptiFlowz may suspend a code, hold reviewable balances, reject invalid commission, or terminate participation for breach, fraud indicators, legal risk, provider restriction, security incidents, or material reputational harm. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice. Validly matured amounts remain subject to these terms and any required review.
11. Changes and records
We may update commission rates, eligibility, attribution, thresholds, or other program rules prospectively. Material changes apply after notice and any required renewed acceptance. The version shown in the affiliate account and the server-side acceptance record identify the terms governing an event.
